Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
All of my current listings are pre-made (all finished items). These listing are ready for shipment.
If you would like a Made to Order (Custom) item it will take a few extra days to have it ready for shipment.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order. Please remember that monitors very and colors can look different depending on the screen settings.
Care for your new product(s) by:
Storing: Store jewelry in a cool dry place, away from humidity . I recommend keeping it away from body/hair products, chlorine, salt water, soaking in hot springs, etc.
Pewter will not tarnish like sterling can but if there is a lot of humidity it can dull overtime.
Just use any jewelry polish pad or cloth for silver or an old piece of denim to bring the shine back.
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time when exposed to the air, due to the small portion of copper within it. It can be easily cleaned, just use any jewelry polish pad or cloth for silver to bring the shine back.so it will last for years!
Your product(s) can be damaged if:

Returns and exchange details
I want you to love your new piece. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the shipping date. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item was damaged during shipping. I can not refund if it is lost in shipping unless you want to insure the package. Buyer is responsible for any re-shipping charges in the case of return/exchange unless the return/exchange is due to an error on my part.
If there is an issue with your order, be sure to contact me so we can resolve it quickly – before leaving Feedback. 🙂

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and contact us for mailing instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All of my packages have tracking. If the item is confirmed as delivered at the address you have provided it will not be considered lost. If you can not locate the package please follow up with your delivery person and your post office.
